Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by fasekaninewu.mobi. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

7. Payment Terms

Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall fasekaninewu.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. fasekaninewu.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
